Hey, so you want to lose weight. And you had searched it in Google, gone through many articles. And finally, you got my blog.
Before going into how you can lose weight?
Let’s go straight into the science behind weight loss.
When our calorie in is greater than calories out then we gain weight. And when our calorie in is lesser than our calorie out we lose weight.

Calorie goes into our body in three different forms
Carbohydrates, Protein, and Fats.
And calorie came out from our body by
Physical activities are performed by our body.
Thermal effect of food.5-10% of calories gets burnt at the time of ingestion, digestion, and absorption.
Basic metabolic rate. For the normal functioning of the body, our body burns about 60-70% of calories.

But most importantly you should be prepared and ready to push for your weight loss. Otherwise, there’s no diet plan and there’s no coach who can make your weight loss.
Let’s get into the points of how you can accelerate your weight loss.

1) Eat low-calorie but highly nutritious food.
When our calorie-in is lesser than our calorie-out then only we lose weight. But we have to keep in mind that in process of taking fewer calories we should not forget the nutrition. At the time of weight loss, our body requires more nutrition than other days that’s why we have to add fewer calories more nutritious food to our diet.

2) Stay hydrated.
We need to drink at least 4-4.5 liters of water every day. When you are on a weight loss journey you should drink less water after sunset, that’s why take more water in the daytime. 12 to 14 glasses of water is more than enough for a normal person for being hydrated. 30 minutes before and 40 minutes after our major meal like launch and dinner we can drink water. And it helps in improving our digestion and absorption.

3) Reduce stress.
If you are on the weight loss journey then remember stress is not good for your journey.
Because when we stress more our adrenaline gland gets stimulated and starts to release the cortisol hormone, which is also known as the stress hormone.
It delays the process of weight loss and increases visceral fat.
It’s insisted that you should practice yoga and meditation regularly.

4) Take enough rest.
Every human being needs 6-7 hours of sleep. Taking enough rest reduces starvation and induces weight loss. At the time of weight loss, our body gets tired of intensive exercise. That’s why for relaxation we need to take enough rest.

5) Change your morning habit.
If you really want to lose weight you have to change your morning habit. You can’t be fit while waking up late.
You need to wake up early in the morning.
And you compulsorily need to add morning exercise to your routine.

6) Work out regularly.
If being fit is your destination then the daily workout is your path for it.
For a healthy weight loss, you need a proper healthy diet as well as physical exercise.
By doing workouts regularly you can fasten your weight loss as well as it can help you to maintain your proper weight.
